Available Position : Fleet Manager
The company is Looking for an Energetic, Dynamic individual to fill a new position of a Fleet Manager.
The Potential candidate needs to possess the following Qualifications and Attributes.

* A Post Matric Qualification in Automotive Industry or / Logistics / or Accounting or | Public administration or / Business Administration’ or Business Management.
* Computing is necessary as a qualification or experience (Your CV should indicate your level of understanding)

Skills
* High level of Competence in using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and related programmes,
* Good communication Skills (Written and verbal).
* Planning and organising skills.
* Independent Sound Decision making.
* Problem solving, leadership, dispute resolution and report writing.
* People management.
* General resource management.
* Allocation of Vehicles as per scope of available and type of work

Responsibilities
* Monitoring, correcting, and improving driving behaviours and operations.
* Mentoring, encouraging and coaching drivers.
* Assisting in the recruitment, discipline, and termination of drivers.
* Evaluating drivers’ performances.
* Setting driving schedules.
* Tracking driver attendance and drinking behaviour.
* Ensuring drivers’ adherence to applicable transport regulations.
* Providing route and operations information and technologies.
* Maintaining constant communication with drivers.
* Training drivers on risk management protocols and safety standards.
* Tracking Driver behaviour through the use of automobile technology eg. Tracker.
* Managing fuel costs and ensuring fuel efficient models are being purchased and implemented.
* Developing Vehicle Maintenance Management System and implementation thereof.
* Ensuring timeously renewal of motor licenses and registering of new ones.
* Developing and implementing Plant Hire Operational System.
